These terms apply to pre-orders of Minted Currency Counting Balm ("the product") sold by [Business name] ("we", "us") through this website.

Pre-orders

The product price is ₹379 per tin for 1–4 tins, ₹349 per tin for 5–9 tins and ₹329 per tin for 10–24 tins, paid in full when you pre-order. Orders of 25 or more are quoted separately. Production starts only once 1,000 tins have been pre-ordered. Expected dispatch is within 3 weeks of reaching that target. There is no remaining product balance to pay.

If the goal is not reached

If 1,000 pre-orders are not reached within 120 days of launch, your payment will be refunded in full as described in our refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

Product use

The product is for external use on fingertips only. Not a moisturiser. Not a lip balm. Do not eat. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Money is not included.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city] have jurisdiction.
