Refund & cancellation policy

Goal not reached

If we do not reach 1,000 pre-orders within 120 days of launch, every pre-order is refunded in full (the amount you paid) to the original payment method within 15 working days of the deadline.

Cancelling your pre-order

You can cancel any time before production starts by contacting us at [email / WhatsApp]. We will refund your payment in full within 7 working days.

After production starts

Once production has started, pre-orders are non-refundable. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.
